In a dazzling display of skill and precision, Bella Flores stormed the court with a commanding victory over Nora Grennan from Watkins Memorial, clinching the match with a swift 6-1, 6-1 win.
The action continued as Avery Miller faced off against Leah Maynard from Watkins Memorial. Miller fought hard, winning 6-1 in the first set, losing 4-6 in the second, but bouncing back to secure a decisive 6-0 victory in the third.
Unfortunately, Chillicothe was unable to secure wins in 2nd singles and 1st/2nd doubles. Watkins Memorial earned the 3-2 victory to give Chillicothe its third loss of the season; however, Chillicothe remains unbeaten in FAC play at (5-0).
The team will be back in action on Tuesday, September 17, at home against Hillsboro.
